Another batch of Hobbit dwarves. Is that all of them yet? I don’t even know. This group is Bofur, Bombur and Bifur. So Yea, except for Thorin Oakenshield all these dwarves have horrible, horrible names. I know Tolkien is the father of all fantasy literature but still…horrible, horrible names.
Awww c’mon now! These guys are barely dwarvish at all! JACKSON!!!
Well these guys are much better than the first batch. Much more proper in their dwarveness.
Peter Jackson has released this image of 3 of the, (what is it again? 12?) dwarves that will be in the movie version of “The Hobbit”.
Now I love dwarves, they are my totem fantasy race, but I’m not quite feeling these guys just yet. It could just be the murkiness of the image but Tri-Point Head on the left and Mopey McGee in the back don’t impress me, though I dig Greybeard on the right, even though he has a sword. True dwarves don’t use swords Jackson!
